1 mile easy, then 5 400s in about 68, with a lap in between, then 2 miles easy. I can still feel the cold from yesterday...that was the first time it's snowed on me in a track meet this year.

| I am still sick and my legs still hurt! When I got to the meet I found out that it was super windy and that I was the third slowest kid in my heat...it was pretty bad. | Today coach randomly told us we would be running a mile race. This was bad news, because my lunch was just chips and chocolate. | It was snowing again! The track was super cold! I did a 400, 300, 200, in 4:35 pace with a lap in between. Then I went home and did 4 miles with 2 800s and 2 400s at 5:00 pace. Basically a slow speed workout to keep my muscles ready, but not stress them. P.S. my coach is only letting me do less than 40 miles a week!
