It was snowing again! The track was super cold! I did a 400, 300, 200, in 4:35 pace with a lap in between. Then I went home and did 4 miles with 2 800s and 2 400s at 5:00 pace. Basically a slow speed workout to keep my muscles ready, but not stress them. P.S. my coach is only letting me do less than 40 miles a week! I hate it and don't know what to do...If anyone has suggestions, please tell me. |
