I'm a Jr. in high school. I go to alta. I love running advice from anyone!
2 miles warm up, then 3*400 w/ 1 lap in between. 1*800 w/ 1 lap. 3*400 w/ 1 lap.
2 mile cool down.
Ran a 7.5 easy as preparation for the meet tomarrow.
Race today. It was pretty good. It wasn't too windy and I just ran some o.k. times. Prep for the meet on saturday. 2 miles, then the mile run, then 3/4 mile, then 2 mile run immediatly followed by the 4*400. It was awesome
4*400 w/ 200 meters in between. I don't know what my coach was thinking giving me this workout, but I hope it helps me.
Today was an easy 7 before a race.
Race today. I was a little worn out from this week, so not great times. I did the mile and the 2 mile.
