A.M.: 3.4 easy
P.M.: 7.1 miles on the gulley long run Hard!
I slept out my would be sickness and I'm feeling all better this week!
P.M. 2.5 miles
I was only able to get 2.5 in today because of a boatload of homework, and a (hot) date! The homework was aweful, but the date was amazing!
P.M. 8 miler today with a 6/2 easy/hard ratio
I didn't do an A.M. run today because I was out pretty late last night, and decided sleep was more important.
P.M. 7.25 mile very easy run. I think the intensity is finally catching up with me.
Yesterday was the first day I went to track. I think I overstretched a little, because my hamstring was pretty sore today. I just ran a few easy miles, then decided to let myself heal.
A.M. 7.5 windy miles with 1 mile of hills.
