Did a fartlick today.  5 min moderate then 1:30 hard.  It was hard, but worthwhile.  California is so different to run in than Utah!

Oh you will break 4:35 easy! You should be in the 20s by the end of this year! And yes, 30mph winds are a big deal, they hardly give you any help with you but hurt you a lot against you. Anyway, keep it up!
