P.M. 2 easy miles, then warm up for the mile. ran that in 4:40, a little slow, but I expected that because of my training. Then cool down and warm up for the 800. Didn't do as well in that one, 2:15, I felt totally sick after the mile. Then I did the 4*400. I had a crazy burst of energy there and ran a 58. I was pretty pleased with that. Then I cooled down and went home. |
