It was so windy today!  The forecast had 30 mph gusts, and it was bad!  

My first race was the mile.  I ran it in 4:40.   Then I did the 2 mile in 10:14.  I was ahead of Luke Puskedra for a little bit, but he was just running easy, then he schooled me in the last 800.  Immedietly after I did the 4*400.  I was the first leg and did a 58.  Overall, a good race.  Not a whole lot of fast times due to the wind, but hey, more room for improvement later!

Those times are sick considering 30mph winds! Nice job! And Luke might be here for Pine View invite next weekend so if he is I will tell you. Man, you are the one who will turn into Luke! Haha

Hey how is it going. good running this is Running Warrior or Hayden Hawks from Snow Canyon High School i did not know you were on the blog. Yea i hope Luke comes down next week in Pine View. Your doing awesome and hope to meet you someday. Keep in touch.
